Storage of rabbit hair

　　1、防壓：兔毛具有氈合性，在水濕、溫熱和壓力的影響下，容易相互纏結氈合，剪毛或收購后的兔毛如果沒有及時外運或銷售，應裝入專用的木柜或紙箱，避免重壓。數(shù)量較大的兔場或采購站應由專倉保管，不宜多次翻動或用力揉搓，以免纏結，為保持兔毛的光潔度，盡量用塑料布或油光紙襯墊內壁。

　　1. Anti pressure: rabbit hair has felting property, and it is easy to entangle with each other under the influence of moisture, temperature and pressure. If the sheared or purchased rabbit hair is not transported or sold in time, it should be packed into a special wooden cabinet or carton to avoid heavy pressure. A large number of rabbit farms or purchasing stations should be kept in a special warehouse. It is not suitable to turn or rub repeatedly to avoid entanglement. In order to maintain the smoothness of rabbit hair, the inner wall should be padded with plastic cloth or glossy paper as far as possible.

　　2、防潮：兔毛的吸濕能力很強，陰雨、潮濕季節(jié)定要注意防潮。如果兔毛吸濕返潮，有利于微生物的生長繁殖，使兔毛變色、腐敗甚霉爛變質。所以，多雨潮濕季節(jié)，在密閉貯存兔毛的木柜或紙箱，墻角或地面應撒布石灰以吸收水氣，降低室內濕度。

　　2. Moistureproof: the moisture absorption ability of rabbit hair is very strong, so we must pay attention to moisture-proof in rainy and humid seasons. If the rabbit hair is hygroscopic, it is conducive to the growth and reproduction of microorganisms, which makes the rabbit hair discolored, rotten and even moldy. Therefore, in rainy and humid season, lime should be spread on the wall corner or floor of wooden cabinet or carton for sealed storage of rabbit hair to absorb moisture and reduce indoor humidity.
                            

　　3、防曬：兔毛長期處于日曬或高溫條件下，其纖維中的角蛋白易氧化分解產生氨和硫化氫，使兔毛變色、變脆、降低品質。所以兔毛切忌在陽光下曝曬，即使受潮或霉變時，也只能在陽光下晾曬1～2小時，然后在陰涼通風處晾干。

　　3. Sunscreen: rabbit hair is in the sun or high temperature for a long time, the keratin in the fiber is easy to oxidize and decompose to produce ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, which makes the rabbit hair discolor, brittle and reduce the quality. Therefore, rabbit hair should not be exposed to the sun, even if it is damp or moldy, it can only be dried in the sun for 1-2 hours, and then dried in a cool and ventilated place.

　　4、防蛀：兔毛屬天然蛋白質纖維，易受蟲害，特別是吸濕受潮之后容易發(fā)生蟲蛀。所以要定期檢查，夏季一般10～15天檢查1次，冬季30～40天檢查1次。為防止兔毛蟲蛀，可放置適量樟腦丸或其他防蟲劑，但切忌將防蟲劑與兔毛直接混放接觸。

　　4. Moth prevention: rabbit hair is a natural protein fiber, easy to be damaged by insects, especially after moisture absorption. Therefore, regular inspection should be carried out every 10-15 days in summer and once in 30-40 days in winter. In order to prevent rabbit hair from being damaged by insects, proper amount of camphor pills or other insect repellents can be placed, but do not mix the insect repellent with rabbit hair directly.
